How is the fresh fish packaged for delivery?

Our fresh fish is vacuum-packed and placed in specially designed, insulated boxes with reusable ice packs to ensure it remains at a chilled temperature throughout transit.

What are your delivery days and cut-off times?

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12pm are eligible for next-day delivery, though you can also select a specific future date at checkout.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

How long will the seafood stay fresh once it arrives?

Most of our fresh seafood has a shelf life of 2-3 days if kept refrigerated. Specific storage instructions and 'use by' dates are provided on each individual product label.

Do you offer gift vouchers for your restaurants and online shop?

Yes, we offer both physical gift cards and digital e-vouchers that can be redeemed across our restaurants, rooms, cookery school, and online deli.
