At Rick Stein, we strive for the highest quality in all our food and giftware; if your order does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 14 days for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh seafood and deli items, returns are generally not accepted for food products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items or 14 days for giftware, providing your order number and any relevant photos of the issue.

    Assessment and Approval

    Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number or confirm the arrangements for a replacement or refund.

    Package Your Items

    For non-perishable giftware, ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our Cornish warehouse.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, or verify the fault in perishable goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
